1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in MAWIBA® prevention courses with Serena Midwife in Zurich.

2. Course Description

We offer the following courses:

• MAWIBA Pre: MAWIBA Pre: Dance concept for pregnant women from week 14
• MAWIBA Baby: MAWIBA Baby: Postnatal dance with baby after birth

3. Registration and Booking

Registration takes place online via our website. The booking is only binding after written confirmation.

Prerequisites:

• Medical clearance for sports/pregnancy gymnastics (in writing or orally)
• No current bleeding, no contractions, no complications
• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

4. Prices and Payment

Payment methods: TWINT, bank transfer, cash

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

By Participant::

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before course start
• Up to 48 hours before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund
• With medical confirmation: Reschedule to next course

By Serena Midwife::

Courses may be cancelled for organizational reasons (too few participants). In this case, you will receive a refund or can switch to another course.

6. Participant Obligations

• Disclosure of health changes
• Compliance with medical requirements
• Following the instructor's instructions
• Appropriate clothing and sports shoes

7. Liability

Serena Midwife accepts no liability for damage or injuries resulting from improper execution of the exercises. Participation is at your own risk.

If you experience health problems during the course, you must immediately stop participating and, if necessary, seek medical assistance.

8. Copyright

The name «MAWIBA®» is a registered trademark. Course content and materials are copyright protected. The use of photos or videos during courses requires explicit consent.

9. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies to these Terms & Conditions. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
