What should I bring to the course?

Comfortable sports clothing, water bottle, and your doctor's clearance confirmation. We provide everything else needed.

What is MAWIBA Baby?

MAWIBA Baby is a postpartum dance course where you wear your baby in a carrier while performing gentle dance movements and pelvic floor training.

When can I start after giving birth?

You can start 8-12 weeks after vaginal birth or 12 weeks after C-section, with medical clearance from your gynecologist after the postnatal check-up.

What type of baby carrier do I need?

You need a suitable baby carrier such as FullBuckle/HalfBuckle carriers or WrapConversions. Unfortunately, knitted/jersey wraps, ring slings, Podaegi and pouch carriers are not suitable for MAWIBA.

Do I need previous dance experience?

No experience is necessary! The courses are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced dancers.

How many participants are in each course?

We accept cash, TWINT, and bank transfers. Payment is due before the first session of each course package.
