2. Website Provisioning (Logfiles)

2.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

When you access our website, i.e. even if you do not register or otherwise transmit information, information of a general nature is automatically collected (server logfiles). This information includes:

• Web browser type
• Operating system used
• Domain name of your internet service provider
• Your IP address (anonymized)
• Referrer URL
• Date and time of access

This data is processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring trouble-free connection setup to the website
• Ensuring smooth use of our website
• Ensuring and evaluating system security and stability
• Technically error-free display and optimization of our website

We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. The IP address is anonymized before storage.

2.2 Recipients of the Data

We use service providers for the operation and maintenance of our website who act as our data processors. All service providers are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially.

In the event of a contact or booking, the personal data you provide (name, email, telephone number, and for bookings also the selected course and period) will be transmitted to us and stored. The processing of your personal data serves solely to process your request or handle the course booking.

At the time of transmission, the following data is also stored: date and time of the request/booking, URL from which the request was made, and your IP address.

3.2 Retention Period

For course bookings, we store your data for up to 10 years (commercial and tax law). Health-related data is kept until the course services are completed. Contact requests are deleted after processing, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.

3.3 Recipients of the Data

Your data is passed on to the following service providers:

• Airtable Inc. – Airtable Inc. – Storage of course data (USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 6 para. 2 FADP)
• make.com – make.com (formerly Integromat) – Automation of booking processes (USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 6 para. 2 FADP)

These service providers process your data strictly according to our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law. EU Standard Contractual Clauses have been agreed to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

3.4 Transfer Abroad

Processing also takes place outside Switzerland, namely in the USA (Airtable, make.com).

The USA does not have an adequate level of data protection under Swiss law. Appropriate data protection is ensured by Standard Contractual Clauses previously approved and recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

4. Use of Cookies

4.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

A cookie is a small data set that is created when visiting a website and temporarily stored on the user's system. When the server of this website is called up again by this system, the browser sends the previously received cookie back to the server.

Cookies help to make a website usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation and access to secure areas of the website.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the following rights regarding personal data concerning you:

• Information: Information about which personal data we store about you and how we process it (Art. 8 FADP)
• Provision: Provision of a copy of your personal data in a common format (data portability, Art. 13 FADP)
• Rectification: Rectification of incorrect personal data (Art. 5 para. 2 FADP)
• Deletion: Deletion of your personal data (Art. 16 FADP)
• Objection: Objection to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 FADP)

Please note that exceptions apply to these rights. To the extent legally permissible, we may refuse your request to exercise these rights.

Any consent you give to the processing of personal data can be revoked by you at any time. Please note that the revocation only takes effect for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.
